Been getting a few calls lately from this number: 08000191773. Dont know why, as I have already registered with the http://www.tpsonline.org.uk. After over a weeks worth of (unanswered) calls I decided to call the number (well its free) and got a nice message saying that I had been contacted by Excell Contact Centres on behalf of a client who would like to try and sell me something. How nice! But they did say if you ring 01294 225321 and leave your name and number they will not call you back. Had to cut short my retirement after only a few months, to return to the world of work. Had forgotten what it was like to scrape the frost off the car in the dark mornings before setting off on the commute. Still the Runcorn Bridge is real pretty at night!

Today, after 8 years and 3 months, was my last day with a certain drugs company. The people I worked with I will miss. The company itself, I wont. The IT section is in the process of being given a good work over by a swede, in order to save a bit of cash. Odd thing is that drugs companies are not normally short of a bob or two. Im not convinced this is a good idea. We shall see.
